Remiseparken, a once run-down and long-overlooked urban space, is transformed into a community park integrating climate adaptive design elements, lush nature, and recreational activities. The award-winning park is a social gathering oasis and part of the city's cloudburst management plans.

Encompassing many climate adaption elements, Remiseparken includes:
  • A natural-appearing retention basin that supports biodiversity and collects excess water during heavy rainfalls 
  • A 2,000 cubic metre capacity trench running the length of the park with an elevated walking path for visitors
  • Integration with the Copenhagen Cloudburst Masterplan
