With the appointment of Stefan Wallmann as Managing Director for Ramboll in Germany, Ramboll is once again strengthening its commitment for the German market. After the successful development in recent years, Ramboll will continue to grow in all German-speaking countries under the leadership of Stefan Wallmann.
"Ramboll holds a key role in the German market as provider of sustainable solutions for public and private clients. In Germany our expertise is in great demand, particularly in the fields of energy, environment, transport and liveable cities, and we have grown significantly in recent years,” says Group CEO Jens-Peter Saul.
“It is our intention to further strengthen Ramboll's position as sustainable society consultant in Germany over the next few years. With his leadership experience and his thorough knowledge of the Germany engineering consultancy market, Stefan is the right person to realize this strategy."

"Ramboll has been active in Germany for almost 20 years and has been able to achieve an excellent reputation in recent years, especially in the consulting and planning of complex construction and infrastructure projects,” he says.
“We will continue this growth. I am convinced that Ramboll will play a key role in shaping the German market, building on consulting approaches on liveable cities, sustainability and digitization. I'm really looking forward to this exciting challenge.”
Stefan Wallmann takes over the position from Markus Diederich, who, in addition to his current position as Managing Director for the Global Management Consulting division, also had overall responsibility for the Ramboll Group's business in Germany.
