Payroll Team Leader (German speaking)

We´re looking for an experienced hands-on Payroll Team Lead to join our expanding Department (ideally you would be based out of our Southampton office, although you could also work remotely). Do you speak fluent German and English? Do you have hands-on payroll experience and have gained first experiences in leading people? Do new challenges and a fast-paced environment excite you? Then you could be our new Payroll Team Lead for Central Europe including the UK and Germany.

Your new role:

• Hands-on Support in Payroll for UK and Germany: Preparing Payroll for external provider, answering questions from employees through our ticket system and performing supporting tasks within Payroll
• Acting as first point of contact for our external Payroll provider, health insurances etc.
• Leading the team in the UK and Germany
• Eventually you´ll be supporting Payroll in other European countries
• Reporting
• Supporting audits
• Being part of our continuous process of digitalisation and improvement
• Leading the Payroll teams for the UK, Germany and the smaller European countries
• Being part and organising projects to process changes within those regions.
