Join our Global Sales Department as our new Tender Assistant for Global Sales - Energy from Waste, Bioenergy, and Carbon Capture in Copenhagen and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role
As our new Tender Assistant for Energy from Waste, Bioenergy, and Carbon Capture, you will join our Global Sales Team and develop high-quality proposals to new and existing clients in the early stages of projects. You will work with colleagues from all over the world and build up your skillset within tender management on an international scale. With a growing energy market, you will help us growing our business in the energy sector.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Working as part of the global Sales team to engage with internal stakeholders while preparing our proposals.
- Support the development of our tenders through our stage gates approval processes ensuring that our proposals are compliant with our internal processes.
- Support the tender team with various tasks, including setting up the proposal template, documentation support, setting up references and writing compelling CVs, illustrative tasks, translations, proposal submissions, handling of tender portals, tender governance, and CRM record keeping.
- Coordinate with colleagues from the technical disciplines to prepare the tender documents including update of references and CVs for proposals.
- Play a key role in further enhancing our tender excellence e.g., update of best practises, web campaigns/articles, and further improve and refine our CV excellence capabilities.
Your new team
You will be part of our Energy from Waste, Bioenergy, and Carbon Capture team which is recognized as the leading consultant in this field of business. We provide consulting engineering and design services out of offices in Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Poland, Singapore, Australia, and India. We represent a truly international and dynamic environment and undertake projects worldwide. We deliver projects within energy recovery from waste and biomass (combustion and other thermal treatment technologies), generation of biogas, waste sorting, carbon capture etc. As Global Business Engineer for Global Sales, you will be part of our daily activities and be an integrated part of our complete technical team.

- You have previously worked with tender administration tasks or have a similar profile.
- You want to bridge the gap between technical disciplines and sales.
- You are good in and like to write and make illustrative presentations.
- You like to work as part of a team and are characterised by a self-reliant, reliable, and structured by your way of working.
- Strong self-management skills, able to perform tasks independently.
- You have a sense for details and take pleasure in conveying technical messages through illustrative processes and approaches.
- Knowledge about and interest in technical disciplines like thermal treatment of waste and biomass, biogas, and carbon capture is a plus.
- Experience with preparing CVs, references, and setting up proposals is a plus.
- Experience with MS dynamics, PowerPoint, and InDesign is a plus.
- You have a professional ability to express yourself verbally and in written form in English.
