If you enjoy simplifying difficult problems not just on your own projects but also to help others in your team, if you love taking up unprecedented challenges then we have this exciting opportunity for you to join our structures department as a Senior engineer. We are seeking a senior structural engineer who will be able to help us grow our design team in structures department with their technical expertise with having worked on overseas projects to international codes. You should have led buildings projects with multiple typologies from concept to detailed design stage. Your duty will be to design and manage Finland projects from India (Gurgaon) while liaising with virtual team across the country and in Finland.

    You must have a master’s degree in structures from an institute of repute.  Experience of around 8-10 years but not necessarily in number of years but in developing ways of working in a structural design team though the lessons learned over years of practice. Basic knowledge of how ETABS, ROBOT, or TEKLA structural designer (TSD) work and working with MS excel will be required.  Revit, and AUTOCAD basics will be added advantages. In depth knowledge of in-situ Concrete and Steel work design, commercial acumen and people managing skills are the qualities we are looking for.

    • Good understanding of Steel Structures.
    • Experience in Analysis & Design of Industrial Steel Structures
    • Experience in International Codes, especially Eurocodes, is preferred.
    • Experience in review and approval Steel Workshop & Erection/GA Drawings.
    • Experience of connection calculation (Idea Statica experience preferred).
    • Basic skills in Tekla Structures.
    • Basic understanding and experience of Revit and ACC is beneficial.
    • Expertise in analysis software like STAAD Pro, RFEM
    • Other preferred software skills: Robot, FEM design, ETABS.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. B Tech/M Tech in Civil from a reputed institution.
    2. Experience on International projects/codes like Eurocodes is advantageous.
    3. Experience on analysis, design and detailing of Steel structures
    4. Deliver in High Quality: Calculation Models & Reports, Steel Workshop & Erection Drawings (QA)
