    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support the efficient
    functioning of our Transport Infrastructure Business Unit. The role involves providing business, project
    and administrative support to multidisciplinary engineering teams working on Roads, Bridges, Railways,
    Metro, Tunnels and other transportation infrastructure projects.
    The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
    applications, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while handling several assignments
    simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Business Development & Proposal Support
    • Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, presentations and business development material.
    • Maintain and update CVs, project references, credentials and other business information.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to compile information required for bids and client requirements.


    2. Project & Business Operations
    • Support Project Managers and Team Leaders in maintaining project and business information, trackers and status updates.
    • Monitor key deliverables, actions, approvals and other project/business requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Assist in project reviews, business meetings and other operational activities.


    3. Data Management, MIS & Reporting
    • Collect, validate and maintain project and departmental data from multiple sources.
    • Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, reports and management summaries.
    • Ensure business information is accurate, complete, current and readily accessible.


    4. Financial & Commercial Coordination
    • Support tracking of project financial and commercial information, including invoices, payments, receivables and other key project metrics.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance teams to maintain up-to-date financial information and reports.


    5. Project & Technical Documentation
    • Maintain project document registers, trackers and records, including technical submissions, drawings and client comments.
    • Ensure appropriate organization, version control, accessibility and confidentiality of project documentation.


    6. Presentation & Communication Support
    • Prepare professional presentations, reports, charts, dashboards and other business communication material.
    • Support preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and action trackers and ensure timely follow- up.


    7. Coordination & Stakeholder Support
    • Coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, Discipline Heads and other stakeholders to address business and project support requirements.
    • Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely availability of required information.


    8. Process Improvement & Digitalization
    • Support standardization, automation and digitalization of business processes, templates, trackers and reporting systems.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and consistency of business operations.


    9. Departmental & Administrative Support
    • Support the Business Unit in coordinating meetings, travel, events and other essential operational requirements.
    • Maintain appropriate departmental records and support compliance with company procedures and governance requirements.
     

      Educational Qualification
      • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/management or a related discipline.


      Experience
      • 1–2 years of experience in business coordination, data analysis and preparation of reports and
      presentations
