Junior Consultant – Offshore Wind Advisory

As our new Junior Consultant, you will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. You will take on a key role as subject matter expert shaping and enhancing our service deliverables. Our assignments are of a diverse nature with both well-known and new market players, joint ventures and investment funds, and cover a broad scope of services as well as potential combination with other technologies, such as Power-to-X, where we would make use of the wider Ramboll expertise.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

• Working on offshore wind farm development projects globally, delivering various services along the entire project lifecycle 
• Perform analytical tasks and present the insights to the senior management
• Supporting activities related to planning, permitting and implementation of offshore wind projects
• Supporting diverse technical and commercial advisory services, ranging from owner’s engineering to technical due diligence and strategic advisory 
• Developing practical solutions to multifaceted problems 
• Apply offshore wind experience to the ongoing commercialization of floating offshore wind 
• Cooperate with international teams to support our clients to successfully deliver offshore wind projects globally

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree or other advanced degree is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication skills across geographies and cultures
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
