Your new role
As our new Senior Digital Adoption & Change Consultant, you will drive the successful adoption of digital products, platforms, and processes across Energy by enabling measurable behavioural change and strong employee engagement.
You will play a key role in ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are successfully embedded in everyday work, combining adoption, change management, and communication to maximise business impact and client value.
The role contributes to the Energy adoption framework and portfolio, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives the transition of products from exploration to scaled implementation and long-term use, ensuring digital transformation initiatives enhance user experience, improve productivity, and deliver tangible outcomes. The role requires an experienced and proactive leader with strong communication, change management, strategic thinking skills, and with a comprehensive understanding of technology trends, change management, and the ability to drive measurable adoption results. This is a highly people-facing and execution-oriented role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, as well as the ability to drive change across a complex global organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Define and drive the Energy digital adoption, change, and communication roadmap, ensuring alignment with global strategies and transformation priorities
- Act as the go-to person for adoption and change in Energy, building trust, visibility, and engagement across teams and leadership
- Lead integrated change, communication, and learning initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable behavioural change across the organisation
- Embed adoption and user-centric thinking early in product and process development, advising product teams to maximise adoption, engagement, and user value
- Engage and influence Energy leadership to secure sponsorship and accountability, ensuring alignment on adoption goals and visible business outcomes
- Continuously improve adoption outcomes through user insights, journey mapping, and data-driven feedback, refining interventions to drive sustained usage and impact
About you
- Experienced in digital transformation, change management and learning, with a proven track record of successful product adoption
- Experience in global organizations within the AEC industry, with understanding of technologies relevant to the Global Business Area, including AI technologies.
- Proven ability to influence behaviour and drive change across complex, global organisations
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills with a passion for engaging people and building digital culture
- Proficient in digital adoption platforms, UX best practices, and end-user analytics, with a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive insights
- Collaborative communicator with strong facilitation and storytelling skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Passion for fostering a digitally forward-thinking culture
