Your new role

We are looking for a new Director of Business Area (Environment and Health) for Ramboll Norway. This is an important leadership role in a business with strong expertise, committed people and many opportunities to grow.

The person stepping into this role will help shape where we focus, how we grow and how we work with clients in Norway. They will translate Ramboll Norway and Global Business Area (Environment and Health) priorities into a clear local direction, make choices on where we can create most value, and work closely with colleagues across service lines, sectors and geographies to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients.

The heart of the role

• Stay close to the market and to clients, understanding what they need now and what they will need next
• Build a focused and healthy pipeline, with clear choices on the opportunities worth pursuing
• Lead a business that delivers well - commercially, technically and with care for quality
• Create the conditions for people to do good work, develop and feel part of something bigger
• Connecting people across Ramboll so ideas, expertise and client opportunities do not stay within organizational boundaries
