Lead Reward Specialist

    Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Help shape how Ramboll invests in people

At Ramboll, our people are our business. Every year, we invest billions of Danish kroner in compensation, making it Ramboll’s single largest investment.

In Global Rewards, we partner with leaders across Ramboll, HR and Finance to design reward programmes and processes that support attraction, retention, performance and sustainable business outcomes. Transparency, fairness and simplicity guide our approach. As Ramboll continues to evolve its use of digital tools and data, we continuously explore how reward can support the behaviours, capabilities and ways of working that create value for our clients, our people and our business.

If you are motivated by shaping how reward supports business performance and employee experience in a global organisation, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Join our Global Rewards Centre of Excellence

As part of Group HR, you will join Ramboll’s Global Rewards Centre of Excellence and help shape global reward solutions that support our business and employee experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Copenhagen, India and Finland and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities to evolve and optimise Ramboll’s reward programmes, frameworks and processes
    • Lead selected global reward initiatives from idea through design and implementation
    • Translate data, market insights and business needs into recommendations for senior stakeholders
    • Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior HR stakeholders and leaders on reward topics and strategic people decisions
    • Drive reward analytics and insights that strengthen transparency and decision-making
    • Explore how technology and data can strengthen reward programmes, employee experience and decision-making

    What you bring

We believe you will thrive in this role if you bring:

    • 8+ years of experience within Rewards - ideally from global organisations
    • Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into decisions
    • Experience leading projects and driving change across functions and geographies
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    About our team

We are a collaborative and transparent team that values diverse perspectives, trust and continuous learning.

If you are looking for a role where you can influence decisions, develop your expertise and contribute to shaping how Ramboll invests in people in the years to come, we would love to hear from you.
