    • Engage directly with clients, present findings and recommendations, and contribute to proposals, scopes, budgets and business development.

    Professional and capability development

    • Build effective relationships with clients, laboratories, external experts and project partners, while providing technical guidance, review and coaching to less experienced colleagues.
    • Contribute to guidance, methods, templates, thought leadership and continuous improvement in scientific quality, regulatory practice and project delivery.

    About you

    • Degree in toxicology, pharmacology, chemistry, biomedical science, biochemistry, biological sciences, food science, veterinary medicine, veterinary science or a related discipline.
    • Postgraduate qualification in toxicology or a related subject, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
    • Substantial experience in toxicological hazard or risk assessment within food, feed, food contact chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer products or another regulated sector.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant toxicological study types, scientific literature and the principles of hazard identification, hazard characterisation, exposure assessment and risk characterisation.
