    You will join our Towers and Telecom department

    As our new Structural Engineer, you will be part of our dynamic and highly motivated team that solves technical challenging and interesting tasks on a broad range of areas across steel and concrete structures. You will in a close and constructive manner collaborate with colleagues about design of wind-affected structures such as masts and towers.

Ramboll is looking for a technically ambitious and skilled Telecom tower design Engineer for our Hyderabad location.

     

    Key tasks and responsibilities will be:
    • Performing calculations for large and small projects, focusing on the assessment of existing
    structures and designing of the new structures.
    • Design of masts, poles and tower structures in steel and concrete for telecom projects, both
    tender and detailed designs, including foundations.
    • Design and drawings for the reinforcement of existing steel and concrete structures.
    • Preparation of Design layouts and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
    • Analyzing the soil reports to prepare the concrete, steel foundations for masts and towers.
     

    Requirements:
    • BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum of 1~2 years of experience in design work is required.
    • Proficiency in design standards such as IS 456, IS-875, IS 1893, IS-800 and international
    standards like ANSI-TIA-222, ACI 318 and EN standards.
    • Software skills: STAAD. Pro, ASMTower, RISA/TNX Tower, MStower, ETabs & AutoCAD/ZwCad.
    • Comprehensive technical knowledge in structural engineering.
    • Ability to work independently, systematically and focus on assigned task.
    • Strong communication skills – English and Hind is preferred.
