Technical Due Diligence & Site Investigation for a data center, Malaysia

Ramboll project-managed and conducted a multi-site technical due diligence (TDD) and site investigation for a potential data centre development. These involve a comprehensive assessment of critical issues that may impact the sale and purchase agreement and lease negotiations, and/or future development of three potential sites in Malacca, Malaysia.​

Complementing those activities, we conducted a Site Suitability Assessment (SSA) and supporting studies that include providing environmental advisory in the construction and operation of data centres, liaison with local authorities, baseline ambient air and boundary noise monitoring exercises to assist the client’s data centre design decision-making process.​
