Lincoln Modern, Singapore
Split-level apartments, studios and penthouses make up the 56 units of dwellings of this suburban development. The units are deftly organised as alternating stacks that inject dynamism within a strong vertiginous architectural expression.
A key feature of the 30-storey condominium is its slender structural frame. Designed by Ramboll, the frame is the thinness of its kind in Singapore – with a maximum height-over-width ratio of 13 – that contrives to achieve the vision of a wafer-thin high-rise building.
