In establishing its regional headquarters in Singapore, Tokio Marine Asia envisaged a CBD-located building of subtle yet distinct visual impact.​

Ramboll’s collaboration with the architects from inception to completion helped realise a lattice of reinforced concrete columns that form an exoskeleton that supports the building. ​

Asymmetrical cores were used to enhance the space planning and architecture, and together with the exoskeleton worked to counter the overall building frame’s torsional effects. The deep integration of structure allows for a seamless appearance that reinforces the architectural vision and creates the desired unique identity for the client. ​
