Site selection
We help pinpoint the best-fit sites by identifying risks and constraints to site acquisition, program, budget, operations and potential capacity. We take a risk-based approach to site due diligence, factoring in power, environmental, zoning, connectivity, access, and sustainability impacts to support selection of the right site and maximize its value. In the due diligence we develop conceptual masterplans, considering different sustainability and resilience aspects which play a key role later in the design phase, e.g. water, energy supply and waste heat topics or biodiversity net gain.
