Intern – Buildings (ESD)

Job Description:

• To support project teams, assisting with existing on-going projects;

• To assist with technical tasks, including calculations and simulations related to sustainable design such as:

i. Resource Management e.g., ABC Waters projects in Singapore, drainage design stormwater/detention tanks design, water and waste management;

ii. Carbon Management e.g., embodied carbon calculation;

iii. Other Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) analysis e.g., PV systems, solar energy analysis, sustainable conceptual studies and reports, green costs, ROI studies, ETTV calculations, and other MEP aspects relating to ESD.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks if and when necessary such as the preparation of reports and presentation for projects.
