EjendomDanmark’s story of working with Incept
The construction and real estate industry accounts for approximately 30% of Denmark's carbon emissions. However, many owners, administrators, and tenants in the real estate industry still lack the necessary knowledge to contribute to a sustainable transition. Therefore, the EjendomDanmark Foundation and the Ramboll Foundation have launched a two-year project called ‘Sustainable Transition in the Real Estate Industry’. The project is also supported by the association Realdania, the Landowners' Investment Fund (GI), and Forenet Kredit.
The project focuses on helping build owners make more sustainable decisions. For this project, the Incept Custom solution was used, which was specifically customised for individuals and organisations aiming to enhance their understanding and implementation of sustainable practices.
Here are the key advantages of Incept Custom that truly make a difference for real estate owners:
- Guiding e-learning modules that not only provide valuable information regarding sustainability topics but also answer the most important questions relevant to the industry, supporting users in their strategies and green transformation.
- Extensive knowledge base, which includes guides, videos, and other useful tools, linking to external materials so that users can easily find the latest information and gain inspiration.
- Analytics, which provide detailed information regarding user activities on the platform and help gather ideas that, thanks to user contributions, can help improve the real estate industry, making all experiences valuable.
The goal of the project is to help the Danish real estate industry with the sustainable transition in a tangible manner.
