Management Support Coordinator to leadership in Life Science & Pharma

Are you experienced in management support and do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment?

We are looking for an experienced candidate to provide proactive and seamless support to two of our senior leaders. This role sits at the heart of our leadership operations, acting as the anchor point for administrative activities and working closely with Service Line Directors and other key stakeholders. You will ensure our leaders have the support and tools they need to manage day-to-day operations efficiently, while also assisting in financial, strategic, and market-related discussions by preparing materials and organising key information. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who anticipates needs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the steady, reliable force that keeps everything on track.

Sounds like you?

Your new role

Joining our global service line, Life Science & Pharma, you will support our Global Director, who oversees our global activities across the Life Science & Pharma segment, as well as our Local Director, responsible for teams in Denmark. Both are based at our head office in Copenhagen, placing you close to where decisions are made and where priorities are shaped.

You will be the extended arm of our senior leaders, keeping their schedules and daily operations running smoothly, and ensuring they have everything they need to stay on top of their priorities. In addition to day-to-day administrative support, you will help create and structure information for strategic discussions, prepare materials for financial and market reviews, and assist with sales and marketing activities, both in terms of planning and content. The role offers a varied mix of tasks and a dynamic stakeholder landscape, where your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and bring structure and insight will allow you to add real value beyond day-to-day support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and inboxes to keep priorities running smoothly.
  • Creating and quality-checking reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Coordinating and organising day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure leaders have what they need to stay on top of priorities.
  • Preparing and structuring information for strategy discussions, market insights, and financial reviews.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through customer insights, market research, and business performance analysis.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact in the service line, supporting leadership with ad hoc tasks.
  • Event planning of seminars, workshop and social activities, including responsibility for all logistical, administrative, and communication aspects to ensure a successful and smoothly run event that meets its objectives.

About you

  • Relevant experience from a related role within management support, coordination and/or communication in a large international company – experience from life science and pharma is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; you effectively connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability and interest in quickly understanding and helping to solve challenges and issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint), with an openness to working smartly with AI tools.
  • Flexible, professional, and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to document handling.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Global mindset and solid experience working in an international environment.

What we can offer you

  • Be part of an international environment with a central and impactful role
  • Competitive salary, pension scheme via PFA including health insurance, and attractive benefits package
  • Leaders you can count on and who are committed to your development
  • A strong purpose and high ambitions, and inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects
  • The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company committed to sustainability and innovation
  • Flexible work environment with the possibility of working from home
