We are seeking a tech-savvy training consultant who combines AI expertise with exceptional facilitation skills to lead interactive training sessions and drive hands-on AI adoption across Ramboll. You will play a crucial role in empowering employees through digital upskilling, ensuring effective use of AI tools and enhancing the organization’s overall AI capabilities.
What you will do
You will join the AI Change & Adoption Chapter in Ramboll Tech, where you will:
- Develop and co-deliver AI Training: Design and manage engaging, hands-on training sessions through Ramboll Academy to build AI competencies across the organization, tailoring programs to suit diverse skill levels and roles.
- Oversee AI Upskilling Initiatives: Track and coordinate larger AI training efforts across Ramboll, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing impact.
- Create Engaging Learning Materials: Develop interactive content, guides, and resources to support effective training, ensuring employees can confidently adopt and utilize AI tools.
- Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with teams and departments to encourage participation in training initiatives, promote best practices, and build a culture of continuous learning and AI innovation.

How you will succeed in your role
- You have a solid understanding of AI and how it enables business value through practical application.
- You bring substantial experience in designing and delivering training programs for large organizations, including a track record of managing impactful learning initiatives.
- You possess outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with expertise in engaging diverse audiences and explaining technical concepts in an accessible way.
- You have experience organizing large-scale learning events, coordinating training logistics, and measuring the impact of training programs.
- You are a strong project manager, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple learning initiatives, keep track of complex schedules, and ensure timely delivery of results.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
- You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.

Ramboll Tech accelerates innovation and digital transformation for the entire Ramboll group and directs all AI-related initiatives within the company. This includes collaborating with markets at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
