Swedbank’s story of working with Incept

In 2024, a collaboration between Swedbank and Ramboll was launched. Swedbank’s corporate customers were offered advice and expertise in sustainability issues from Ramboll’s experts. The aim is to support the work of Swedbank’s customers with energy efficiency, energy declarations, and sustainable financing solutions for properties.

Swedbank and Ramboll have developed an Incept platform universe targeted at small and large organisations and trading companies across industries. The Incept platform is a strategic tool that contributes to the education process and .and consequently, helping Swedbank achieve their climate goals connected to real estate lending.

The Incept Custom solution was developed for Swedbank and its corporate customers, providing them with the following benefits:

  • Knowledge and insights at the right level and applicable for their context about crucial sustainability topics such as Energy Efficiency in Buildings, EU Taxonomy, Reduction of Carbon Dioxide Emissions, and more.
  • Two-way communication and insights thanks to the engaging learning format with build-in activities to also collect suggestions, ideas and feedback from the users.
  • Assessment tool providing users with the insights and guidance on the buildings' sustainability levels, concrete areas and recommendations for improvement.
  • Actionable analytics proving Swedbank and their corporate customers with insights on which topics are in demand, where there are challenges and opportunities to take target actions.
The goal of the project is to support Swedbank in achieving their strategic goals and climate ambitions by upskilling and empowering their corporate customers to develop their strategies and make more sustainable investments.
