Your new role
As our new Product Design Student Assistant/Intern, you will contribute to the design and development of market-facing digital products. You will be part of Stakeholder Intelligence Tech, working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers and Software Engineers in cross-disciplinary, agile teams.

In this role you will take part in product discovery and delivery across the product lifecycle: conducting research, sketching concepts, building interactive prototypes in Figma, and validating solutions through user testing. You’ll join a lively, supportive team of designers and developers (50+ people across the department) and get hands-on experience shaping real products used by clients. Our working environment is collaborative and learning-focused - expect regular design critiques, mentorship, knowledge-sharing sessions, and social events. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements so you can combine the role with your studies, and there are plenty of opportunities for professional growth and networking across Ramboll.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support product discovery activities like research, analysis and sketching
• Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals, technical feasibility and user needs
• Participate in regular team activities like sprint reviews, refinement sessions, and stand-ups

About you

• You are currently study Digital Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Concept Development or a related field
• Have experience with Figma and are comfortable creating wireframes and prototypes with techniques like auto-layout and components
• Are detail-oriented, with a passion for usability and visual design
• Are eager to learn, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about improving your design skills
• Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team, taking on responsibility for your tasks
• Are proficient in Danish
