Exploration Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Exploration Consultant. You are an experimenter, a roadblock remover, an evidence producer, and a person who sees innovation as crucial to succeeding with the green transition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serve as an exploration expert, leading and coaching product teams
• Facilitate the development of new ideas and products through design sprints, workshops, and the validation of business models and value propositions.
• Lead co-creation workshops and events in collaboration with colleagues across Ramboll and Ramboll Tech.
• Track and share lessons learned across projects and with market and Ramboll Tech innovation leadership.
• Propose and test metrics to inform early-stage investment decisions and adapt business models for innovation projects.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE 

• Proven experience in coaching and implementing lean startup and other agile approaches to business model development and validation.
• Expertise in co-creation and facilitation of design sprints and other workshop methodologies.
• Up-to-date knowledge of innovation trends, industry trends, new technologies, start-ups, and competitors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic and able to maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
• Enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing.
• Fluent in English
