Ramboll has been involved in Perth Airport Pty Ltd (PAPL) sustainability initiatives and tenant environmental compliance audit programme for several years, with high familiarity of the airport’s unique operations on Commonwealth Government controlled land.​

As well as monitoring and keeping records of the airport’s environmental conditions and environmental management activities, Ramboll provides services such as Tenant Annual Environmental Report (AER), Tenant Environmental Management Plan (EMP) review and Environmental Management System (EMS) audit that cater to PAPL’s various tenants including airline, catering, mining, manufacturing, transport, storage, commercial and engineering companies. ​

With these environmental audits, Ramboll helps ensure all relevant PAPL environmental requirements have been implemented and are maintained for each tenant. We work with PAPL and their tenants on recommended actions required to close-out any identified deficiencies during the audit process. ​

The review of management systems, assessment of on-ground performance and compliance, and continual review and improvement of processes is vital in ensuring and demonstrating compliance with the Airports (Environment Protection) Regulations 1997.
