Ramboll is seeking a talented, motivated and business-oriented professional with a global mindset and strong analytical skills to join our corporate business integrity team as a Business Integrity Consultant. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to risk monitoring, third party compliance audits, data analysis and documentation to warrant the advancement of global integrity initiatives within our operations.

You will report to the Global Senior Integrity Business Partner and collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide to advance integrity and accountability within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data on key risks to help management gain a clear, comprehensive understanding for better decision making.
  • Assist with risk monitoring of projects in high-risk countries during project execution phase including third party audits, review of project documentation, assessment of project related invoices, decision material etc. based on a pre-defined methodology.
  • Support enhancement of the digital Business Integrity Portal incl. features for monitoring critical risks and third-party audit.
  • Assist in review of client contracts using AI model to secure Ramboll can comply and remain a trusted partner.
  • Responsible for thorough documentation of risk monitoring status, training and workshops conducted, tracking of daily requests, and reporting of reviews of client contract obligations.
  • Facilitate streamlined service delivery for the Integrity Business Partner unit, managing action logs, meetings, materials, and minutes.
  • Contribute to annual reports, in-depth reviews, and support monitoring activities.
  • Perform data analysis for reporting, management review, statistics, and risk overview.

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously thriving in a dynamic environment and able to pivot between tasks and priorities with humor and professionalism despite tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for digitalization, use of AI and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in applying AI solutions to complex scenarios.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance frameworks, ideally gained within law firms or multinational enterprises.
  • Comfortable working independently and possesses a likeable presence to build trust and foster a positive atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue on integrity matters.

Position Details

  • Location: Ramboll Romania office (on-site attendance required minimum 4 days per week).
  • Availability: Immediate start preferred; latest start date is 1 July 2026.
  • Reporting line: Senior Global Integrity Business Partner based in Copenhagen and India.
