Your new role
As our newest team member, you will be part of an international and dynamic team that forms the basis of Group Business Integrity. You will tackle a variety of tasks related to the development, implementation, reporting, and communication of legal requirements across domains such as anti-corruption, human rights, sanction and export controls. Every day will present new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in developing presentations, reports, training materials, and other resources that support our compliance programs
- Create, update, and manage intranet content using SharePoint
- Conduct thorough desktop research to inform projects, reports, and decision-making across anti-corruption, human rights, sanctions, and export controls
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and other daily operational tasks
About you
- You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc degree within Business Administration, Communication, Politics, Law or similar and have approximately 2–3 years of study remaining
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is not required)
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines while working independently
- Good communication skills, including the ability to produce clear PowerPoint presentations and concise written material
- Curious, critical thinker with a collaborative mindset and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
- You can work appropriately 15-20 hours per week on average
