Graphics & Creative Content Specialist - “High-Rise & Complex Buildings"
Graphics & Creative Content Specialist - “High-Rise & Complex Buildings"
We are looking for an experienced Graphics specialist to be part of our Ramboll Buildings, Malaysia. You will work with Bid Managers and other sales leads across all geographic regions primarily on proposals, but also sales and marketing material (graphics & illustration typically) to create eye-catching, relevant graphic illustrations and/or document design to showcase Ramboll in our work-winning efforts.
High-rise buildings, done well, are one of the most powerful tools we have for building sustainable, liveable cities. With more than 300 tall building projects globally, our High-rise & Complex Buildings team integrates structural, MEP, facade, digital and sustainability expertise from concept to completion, because the relationship between a building’s structure and its services is where real value is won or lost. Data-driven, computationally advanced, and benchmarked against decades of global experience, we design with purpose for the people and cities that need these buildings to perform for generations. If you want work that genuinely challenges you, this is where you come.

All materials are developed to align with Ramboll’s Brand guidelines and communicate a consistent, professional identity.
- Ensures all proposal materials are tailored to client expectations and fully compliant with tender instructions, technical requirements, and submission guidelines. This includes maintaining accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and a high standard of visual quality across all deliverables.
- Produces visually compelling documents and presentation graphics—including custom illustrations, infographics, diagrams, layouts, and other visual elements—using approved software tools. These graphics are designed to clearly communicate complex ideas, strengthen key messaging, and effectively articulate Ramboll’s value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
- Contributes to pursuit-stage activities, assisting with the development and production of communication materials that support opportunity positioning, client engagement, and early bid preparation.
- Collaborates with the Global Brand team to stay informed of updates to Ramboll’s Brand standards, templates, and visual frameworks, ensuring all produced materials adhere to the latest corporate identity requirements.
