Suzanne Persyn is a Principal at Ramboll with over 20 years of experience assisting financial, industrial, energy sector and commercial clients with managing environmental risks and improving environmental performance in the context of business transactions and ongoing operations. Her key areas of expertise include M&A due diligence (including ESG and other specialty diligence reviews), air quality consulting, and multi-program environmental compliance support including audit programs. She frequently consults with clients related to enforcement matters and voluntary disclosures. Prior to working for Ramboll, Suzanne was a geophysicist for a major petroleum company, and has a keen interest in supporting the energy sector in its longer term transition toward a lower carbon future. Suzanne earned an MS in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines, and a BS in geophysics from Texas A&M University.
