Fred Loneker has more than 20 years’ experience as an environmental health and safety (EHS) consultant and an analytical chemist. His consulting career is focused on due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, environmental liability assessment, regulatory compliance assistance and EHS auditing. Fred has provided consulting services in more than 20 countries, and has extensive experience implementing multinational due diligence programs. He has directed projects on behalf of multinational companies, financial institutions, private equity groups and law firms. These projects, which collectively represent a transactional value of more than $50-billion, have involved evaluation of land contamination, regulatory compliance, toxicological and product liability issues. He has developed multimedia environmental compliance auditing and corporate waste vendor evaluation programs for Fortune 500 companies, provided compliance assistance to industrial clients in a variety of regulatory program areas, and completed site investigations under the federal Superfund program, as well as in connection with transactional due diligence. Fred has a BS in environmental science and chemistry from Rutgers University-Cook College.
