Luke Holt is the Director of Energy, APAC, at Ramboll, where he leads the company’s energy strategy, operations, and delivery across the Asia-Pacific region. He is responsible for all aspects of energy in the region, including onshore and offshore renewable energy, power, and emerging technologies, ensuring Ramboll’s work is aligned with the global energy transition and regional priorities.
Luke has extensive experience managing projects and operations on complex processing facilities across renewable energy, LNG, mining, and infrastructure. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle—from concept selection and design through to construction, commissioning, and operations.
With a strong focus on the safe and predictable delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary scopes, Luke’s key strengths include strategic thinking, coaching and mentoring, complex problem solving, and clear, transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. He brings a robust focus on strategy and risk management to leadership roles, particularly in dynamic or challenging environments.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, as well as an MBA from the University of Western Australia. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a Fellow of Engineers Australia, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI.
