RobinRichards has over 25 years of experience in wastewater and water quality management issues, particularly in support of strategic planning for facility changes and permitting, compliance planning, providing technical advocacy in wastewater and water quality rulemaking, expert witness testimony support and laboratory chemistry. She currently leads the regulatory management division of Ramboll’s Industrial Integrated Wastewater Management practice.
