Taylor Vencill is a Manager in the Air Sciences Practice, with over five years of emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, permitting, regulatory compliance, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions analysis and verification experience. She has contributed to permit applications, health risk assessments (HRAs), climate action plan development, climate change technical reports, environmental impact reports (EIRs) and litigation support. Taylor has expertise the Air Toxics Hot Spots Information and Assessment Act (AB 2588), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Title V, Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program, ARB In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets Regulation and Large Spark-Ignition (LSI) Fleet Requirements Regulation, Proposition 65 and air regulations within various air districts. She is a registered professional engineer (chemical) in California, and a California Air Resources Board-accredited GHG lead verifier with specialty in oil and gas and process emissions (Executive Order H-15-147). Taylor holds an MS in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
