Douglas Herlocker has more than 19 years of experience with comprehensive air quality services, air program management and oversight, multimedia environmental investigation, remedial site investigation and cleanup, human health risk and due diligence site assessment. As a senior air quality specialist and environmental project manager, Douglas provides technical expertise for air quality monitoring, permitting and compliance support. He also has a wide range of technical experience in emergency response management, and has conducted multiple emergency response efforts and training exercises. Douglas has managed and operated over 100 ambient air and meteorological monitoring stations across the US and abroad to collect real-time and sample data for over 200 airborne chemicals, including NOx, SO2, CO, O3, PM10, PM2.5, metals, pesticides, PCBs, dioxins, furans, semi-VOCs, VOCs, radionuclides and asbestos.
