David Lis is an experienced engineer and hydrogeologist with over 25 years of experience in both technical and regulatory issues in the environmental arena. David brings special insight and expertise to these issues as he has addressed them as a consultant and as an industry representative. He has provided a wide range of environmental, health and safety services to industry, financial institutions, developers and the commercial and retail sectors with local, regional and national footprints. Services included regulatory compliance, indoor air quality assessments, due diligence, remediation and licensed environmental professional (LEP) support and verification/closure assistance. David has provided litigation support services and expert testimony related to site investigation/remediation, compliance and liability/cost allocation for commercial and industrial clients. David earned his MS in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and his BS in geological sciences from the State University of New York at Albany. David is a recent recipient of the Independent Connecticut Petroleum Association’s Associate Member of the Year Award and is a current board member of the Connecticut Hazardous Waste Advisory Commission.
