Steve Luis has more than 20 years of experience providing environmental consulting and engineering services to clients in the legal, real estate and industrial sectors with a focus on site investigation and remediation, human health risk assessment and chemical fate and transport analysis. Steve has extensive experience working under the oversight of federal, state and local agencies, has worked on many vapor intrusion sites in California andalso has extensive experience providing support in litigation, cost allocation and dispute resolution. He holds a CE and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Active in the professional community, Steve currently serves as a co-chair on the National Ground Water Association’s Groundwater Modeling Advisory Panel. Steve is a registered professional engineer in the State of California.
