Brian Glover has more than 17 years of experience and technical expertise in compliance management, environmental engineering and permitting, with an emphasis in air quality. He has experience with a variety of industry sectors, including chemical, refining, biofuels, petrochemical, pulp and paper, utilities, gas processing and manufacturing in multiple states. He has managed numerous brownfield air permitting projects for new biodiesel production facilities, a Title V and PSD permitting project for an offshore oil company seeking to permit exploration activities in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico, and provided on-site support for multiple facilities managing day-to-day compliance and permitting activities. He worked to enhance a major refinery’s existing project environmental review process, including re-vamping project review forms to determine if new environmental impacts are introduced and/or if any regulatory changes or permitting requirements result from the proposed changes, as well as developing a database to track the review and approval process.
