Dr. Joachim Rumbolz has been working for the agrochemical and biocides industry as a regulatory consultant in various roles for more than 20 years. His field of expertise is the registration of crop protection active substances and products, particularly biopesticides (i.e., micro-organisms, pheromones, natural substances including plant extracts), as well as biocides, in Europe and overseas. He provides strategic advice for the development of robust registration roadmaps for safe and sustainable new active substances and related products. He also supports the strategy implementation from data generation to dossier preparation and submission and regulatory approval. Joachim is a winegrower and a biologist by training and has worked in Germany, Switzerland, and the USA. He holds a Dr. rer. nat. in plant pathology from the University of Constance, Germany.
