Matt Royall has 15 years of environmental consulting experience in the area of site development including contaminated land and a variety of environmental planning issues within a number of industrial sectors. Matt has extensive experience in the use and application of detailed quantitative risk assessment and in the design and execution of remediation works. He has coordinated all environmental aspects of development projects including environmental impact assessment (EIA). Matt has advised numerous investors and lenders in respect of environmental risks, particularly as part of property related environmental due diligence assessment. He has specific expertise in managing environmental assessments relating to the power sector and has directed projects throughout Europe and Bangladesh. Matt is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and an accredited Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC). He is a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (MIEMA) and an IEMA accredited Principal Environmental Auditor. He holds an MSc in Environmental Pollution Control from the University of Leeds and a BSc (Hons) in Natural Environmental Sciences (Earth Sciences) from the University of Sheffield.
