Kelli Calhoon specializes in air quality permitting and compliance services, with particular expertise in Title V, state and prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) permit applicability and applications, New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Kelli is experienced with emissions inventory development and reporting, corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories (including many subparts of the GHG Reporting Rule), annual compliance certifications, semi-annual reporting, Tier II reporting and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting. She has worked with a variety of industries, including power generation, oil and gas production and processing, cement manufacturing, non-metallic mineral quarrying/processing, distilling and wood furniture manufacturing. Kelli is on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Section of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA). She holds a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas, where she serves on the External Advisory Board for the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering.
