Glenn England has more than 30 years of experience in air emissions and combustion technology projects for the power generation and petroleum refining/production industries, trade organizations and public energy and regulatory agencies. He is a senior practitioner in Ramboll’s Air Quality Management practice, assisting clients throughout the US and South America. Glenn currently assists industrial facility owners and industry trade associations in assessing and developing regulatory and compliance strategies for current, new and emerging air pollution regulations. Prior to joining Ramboll, Glenn was an executive at Energy and Environmental Research Corporation (acquired by GE Energy in 1999) where he led the growth of its air emissions test services business. There, he managed new product and technology development and boiler services programs. Glenn has a broad range of experience related to source emissions testing and monitoring, combustion-generated air pollution, combustion system tuning and performance optimization and emission control technologies for NOX, SO2, PM10/2.5, visibility and hazardous air pollutants. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 technical presentations and peer-reviewed publications. He received a BA in applied mechanics and engineering sciences from the University of California-San Diego.
