Kim Zdenek has over 10 years of experience in the environmental field. She has an additional 10 years’ experience as an attorney in several areas of practice, including multi-state environmental litigation. She has completed several hundred due diligence environmental assessments and compliance audits throughout the United States, and has served as project manager on several New Jersey site investigation and remediation projects, in compliance with ISRA regulations. Kim has significant environmental compliance auditing experience, having completed work for power plants, airports, airlines, glass manufacturing and scrap metal recycling facilities and wastewater treatment plants. She has engaged in all aspects of soil and groundwater investigation, including sampling, data analysis, contaminant delineation, work plan development, remedial option investigation and coordination with state and local regulatory officials, clients, consultants and legal counsel. She also has extensive experience with risk assessment and litigation support related to expert testimony in environmental litigation. Kim received a BA in political science and sociology from Purdue University, a BA in geology from Rutgers University and a JD from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law.
