She joined Ramboll (then Whitbybird) in 2004, becoming senior engineer in 2007, Project Associate in 2009, Masterplan Sector Lead in 2012 and Director in 2015. With over thirteen years’ experience as Project Manager working on a wide variety of infrastructure and masterplanning projects, Ann is expert at building and leading large, diverse, multi-disciplinary engineering teams. This experience includes large scale mixed use rural & urban masterplans, public realm, landside and airside airport infrastructure, schools, residential & industrial projects. Ann's project portfolio includes: Discipline Project Manager for Pulkovo; Review Manager for Green Mountain; and Discipline Lead for Greenwich Millennium Village Phase 3, 4, 5. As a member of Ramboll’s International Task Force, Ann has worked in Russia, Middle East, Europe and America. She lived in Abu Dhabi for one year acting as dedicated project manager for the delivery of a masterplan project for Zones Corp. For the past 4 years Ann has chaired Ramboll's Masterplanning Knowledge Network - a network aimed at sharing knowledge and delivering excellence across our principle business units and is also mentor for junior staff and a Delegate Engineer supporting candidates through their professional development.
