of these fundamental changes require having strong data foundation and high data quality. To support
this, we are looking for a Master Data Technical Analyst to join our team and help Ramboll in its data
maturity journey.

We invite you to bring your extensive technical experience and knowledge of Data Governance and
Master Data Management (MDM)into play as you support the design, implementation, and maintenance
of master data solutions across key business domains (e.g., HR, Finance, clients etc). This role bridges
business requirements and technical execution, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable master
data across systems. To succeed in this role you must have proven experience of working in data

You will join our Master Data Management team in Data and Analytics department

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise master data domains including Finance, customer,
vendor, and employee data
• Facilitate technical implementation of data governance tool and manage operational activities
focusing on enhancing metadata, data lineage, data quality, and accessibility
• Support master data governance initiatives, standards, and policies
• Work with several application teams, especially in change request governance processes, and
act as a custodian of master data to ensure Master Data best practices are followed
• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve data inconsistencies and duplicates
• Design and implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes
• Develop and maintain SQL queries reports, dashboards, and data extracts in close collaboration
with Data Engineers
• Help identify and resolve integration issues between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis
• Document technical specifications, data mappings, workflows, and operating procedures
• Assist with overall data governance and MDM efforts within Ramboll’s support functions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into
actionable data management practices
• Advocate for best practices in data governance and MDM within the technical teams while
ensuring alignment with strategic governance standards

you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• Having 4+ years of proven experience of Data Governance and Master Data Management
• Strong technical profile with experience in either implementing data governance tools and/or
managing their day-to-day operations
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is desirable
• Experience with systems such as Maconomy, Workday & Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Demonstrate working proficiency in querying enterprise data warehouses (DWH) using SQL,
performing data validation and analysis, and building Power BI dashboards to monitor data
quality metrics. Deep expertise is not required, but the ability to independently write efficient
queries and generate actionable insights is expected
• Strong understanding of data governance and MDM principles, with a focus on business needs
and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with ETL/integration tools and APIs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and management
strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
