Director, PEPC - Structural - “High-Rise & Complex Buildings"
Director, PEPC - Structural
High-rise & Complex Buildings | Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Are you ready to lead the future of buildings in Malaysia?
Director, PEPC - Structural is a senior leadership role for an exceptional engineer who is as comfortable in a boardroom as they are on a complex project. You will carry both the technical authority and the commercial ambition to grow a high-performing team, win meaningful work, and leave a real mark on the built environment.
High-rise buildings, done well, are one of the most powerful tools we have for building sustainable, liveable cities. With more than 300 tall building projects globally, our High-rise & Complex Buildings team integrates structural, MEP, facade, digital and sustainability expertise from concept to completion, because the relationship between a building's structure and its services is where real value is won or lost. Data-driven, computationally advanced, and benchmarked against decades of global experience, we design with purpose for the people and cities that need these buildings to perform for generations. If you want work that genuinely challenges you, this is where you come.
The role
As Director, PEPC - Structural, you will be a central figure in Ramboll Malaysia’s leadership, working alongside the Singapore management team to drive strategy, grow the business and set the standard for structural engineering delivery across the region. You will act as a role model, not just in technical competence, but in how you lead people, manage client relationships and represent the Ramboll brand in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of Design Excellence, Digitalisation and Sustainability, and you will be expected to keep Ramboll at the forefront of all three, both in how we work and in what we deliver. You will contribute to and adopt a common project acquisition and technical delivery method for the High-Rise & Complex Buildings spearhead across APAC.
