As our new BIM Coordinator/Data Coordinator, PMO, REC your responsibilities will be as follows:

 

  • Ensure adherence to digital requirements, standards, and processes across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor digital information delivery, ensuring data integrity, version control, and metadata compliance.
  • Oversee project digital requirements in alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan (BIM Execution Plan).
  • Coordinate with project managers, discipline model coordinators, and team members to enable efficient information flow and collaboration.
  • Support BIM and digital delivery strategy by promoting effective information management and digital adoption.
  • Take ownership of project-wide digital, data, and metadata requirements, including client standards and CAD deliverables.
  • Manage the exchange, tracking, and timely delivery of project information and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer and maintain the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), including project setup, folder structures, templates, user access, and system governance.
  • Lead project onboarding within EDMS, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
  • Apply and enforce EDMS guidelines, standards, and workflows across projects.
  • Perform document and data quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with naming conventions, formatting standards, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and manage document delivery processes, including export/import templates and submissions to client systems.
  • Ensure all deliverables and associated metadata meet contractual and project requirements.
  • Maintain and verify internal control documentation to ensure it is up to date, reviewed, and approved.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., rendition/viewing issues, data inconsistencies) related to digital systems and document management platforms.
  • Provide support on digital, technical, and data-related queries, and communicate resolutions effectively to the project team.
  • Support onboarding and training of project teams on EDMS/ProjectWise usage and best practices.
  • Apply knowledge from formal training (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise training) to enhance system usage and governance.
  • Assist in improving digital workflows, standards, and processes to enhance project efficiency.
  • Undertake additional digital delivery and document management responsibilities as required to support project execution.
  • BE/B. Tech degree in Engineering from an institute of repute or equivalent
  • Experience required 4 to 10 Years
  • Should have experience in Infrastructure/Transport market
  • Should have knowledge of one or more softwares such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Infraworks, NavisWorks
  • Should have knowledge in shared project software e.g., Filery/ Projectwise/ BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/ Chaos/ Server/ Folder structure/Chaos Desktop/Ms Suite and Client DMS.
  • Should have previous experience of data coordination for complex and multidisciplinary projects
  • In addition to technical / functional acumen, candidates should have good communication skills and should be able to present their work
  • Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project
  • Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
