Evaluating the effects of teaching assistants

The Danish government has introduced pilot projects with teaching assistants in primary schools. After a test period Ramboll Management Consulting has been evaluating the effects of teacher assistants by mapping and assessing both the learning and social outcome. The evaluation contributed to establish a solid knowledge base for introducing teacher assistants with a view to obtain an impact in terms of inclusion and higher learning outcome.

Evaluations and studies of the Danish educational sector

The often lively and heated debate surrounding the Danish public school involves several ongoing and often interrelated themes. Ramboll has through numerous evaluations and studies informed these debates.
