Russell Parkman

Russell Parkman is a senior industrial stormwater and wastewater practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the permitting, design and operation of industrial stormwater and wastewater treatment facilities. He has executed projects throughout the US. Russell has experience with chemical and physical treatment processes, and soil and groundwater treatment for VOCs, SVOCs and metals, as well as with food and beverage process design.
