Clas Lenz

Clas is a Senior Manager at Ramboll Management Consulting with more than 15 years of experience leading analyses, evaluations and studies for public sector clients, including ministries, directorates, county councils, municipalities and KS. He combines strong project management skills with broad methodological expertise, working across both quantitative and qualitative approaches – including surveys, register data analysis, effect evaluations, document studies, interviews and workshops.
Clas has particular expertise in the education and early childhood sector, where he has led and contributed to a wide range of projects on quality development, competence needs, learning environment, special education, organisation of services and resource use. He has extensive experience developing knowledge bases and decision support for public sector clients, translating complex issues into clear assessments, recommendations and reports for administrative and political decision-making.
He has solid understanding of how national policies and instruments interact with municipal and county-level service delivery, and is experienced in coordinating contributions from different stakeholders and expert communities. Clas holds a master's degree in political science from the University of Oslo.
