Kelly A. Young

For over 25 years, Kelly Young has provided environmental, health, safety and quality (EHSQ) regulatory and compliance support, including compliance/systems auditing, management system consulting, EHS hazard and risk assessment, and NEPA reviews for clients in various industry and government sectors. She has been involved in a wide variety of projects for numerous Fortune 500 public and private sector clients, as well as governmental clients in a broad range of industries, including refining, gas processing, waste-to-energy, petrochemical, heavy equipment manufacturing, chemical, pulp and paper, electronics, food, beverage, spirits/wine, packaging, pharmaceutical, ammonia refrigeration and automotive. Kelly also provides process safety management (PSM) and risk management plan (RMP) compliance support, auditing and training. She has provided development and implementation of EHSQ management systems, and has supported clients in obtaining third-party certifications and verifications, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, Responsible Care® and OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). Kelly is a RABQSA-certified Lead Environmental Auditor (No. E052839), and a member of the Auditing Roundtable.
