Together we build world class bridges My Job I am a senior project manager and bridge engineer in Ramboll’s department for International Bridges. Among others, I have been project manager on Queensferry Crossing, which is the tallest bridge in Britain. A bridge this grand entails plenty of exciting challenges. For example, it is extremely important that all components, including mechanical, electrical and structural elements, fit together perfectly in order to avoid delays. That’s why co-ordination and co-operation are key disciplines for me as a project manager. An exceptional journey with talented co-workers When I look up at the bridge today, I am incredibly proud of the result and what we have accomplished. It has been an exceptional journey to see the bridge take form, knowing that I have contributed to this enormous masterpiece in collaboration with talented co-workers from all over the world.
